Bob is a seasoned Leader at BRK Real Estate Advisors with a proven track record of orchestrating some of the most remarkable real estate transactions in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic market. He has led numerous successful deals, such as the recapitalization of Linpro Specified Properties with GE Capital Corporation, which resulted in the formation of Brandywine Realty Trust.

Bob's extensive background includes serving as Principal and Capital Markets Group leader at Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania and as Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield, overseeing operations in Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware. He began his career at The Flynn Company, heading the Investment Sales Division and contributing to the growth of the property management business. During his tenure, the firm managed roughly 25 million square feet.

Bob has worked with some of the most prominent real estate owners in the country, including TA Realty, High Street Logistics, ARES/Black Creek, EQT-Exeter, DWS/RREEF, Brandywine Realty Trust, Washington Capital Management, Dermody Properties, STAG Industrial, First Industrial Realty Trust, and many others. He also served on the board of Onex Real Estate Partners.
