Joe's notable deals include the sale of the Mid-Atlantic I-95 Industrial Portfolio for $201.0 million, 1818 Market Street for $185 million, a suburban Philadelphia Office Portfolio for $184.0 million, 1900 River Road for $110.5 million, and a multi-state self-storage portfolio for $106.5 million. He has worked with prominent real estate owners such as TA Realty, ARES/Black Creek, EQT-Exeter, DWS/RREEF, High Street Logistics and STAG Industrial to name a few.  During his career he spent time at both regional and national firms.
